Surrounded by century-old olive trees, the villa offers a peaceful atmosphere with modern amenities and timeless charm. The centerpiece of the outdoor area is the private swimming pool (8x4m), surrounded by sun loungers, large umbrellas, and a covered dining terrace – perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing under the Mediterranean sun.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests (8 adults + 2 children/teenagers up to 18 years old on a large corner sofa bed). There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite bathrooms, and 1 additional full bathroom, for a total of 4 bathrooms.
The spacious living room features elegant wooden furniture, a smart TV, and direct access to the pool area through a large glass window that floods the space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, and coffee maker, making self-catering easy and enjoyable.
