Beachfront !!! A unique house right on the beach of Kontogialos. Enjoy your vacation in a unique place. You will have the entire house at your disposal with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a unique living room area and outside table with chairs for your dining. It accommodates a total of 5 people.

The beach of Kontogialos or Pelekas beach is 15 km from the city of Corfu and is an award-winning beach for the purity of its waters.

The space
Casa Sabbia is in an excellent location, right next to Kontogialos beach. Don’t miss the enchanting capital, Corfu Town, just a 20-minute drive away. Here you will find charming Venetian architecture, countless cafes and excellent shops. For children, in addition to the unique and shallow beach of Kontogialos, nearby you will find Aqualand water park which is accesible by car.

Right on the sea with a yard with greenery and a place for sunbathing.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Both bedrooms are on the ground floor and are furnished with beautiful decor. There is a double bedroom and a further bedroom with a double bed and a further single bed in a lovely open space.
In the house you will also find 2 bathrooms with shower.

A. GENERAL

The house with an area of 70m2 and a patio of 40m2 is located on a plot of 400m2 with direct access to the sea.
It includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, living room and patio area.

There is a small table and an armchair with corresponding wooden tables for laptops. It has 2 separate entrances from the 2 balcony doors with key.

There is a table for 8 people, 2 beach chairs with shade umbrella, 2 marble tables, pergola with cover, lawn, etc.

G. OTHER EQUIPMENT

Hairdryer, electric water heater, iron, ironing board, outside clothesline, 2 UK mains sockets, fire extinguisher, small first aid kit simple, flashlight, batteries.

H. COMMENTS

• There are 3 balcony doors with key. The black key for the balcony door of the master bedroom. The green key for the kitchen balcony door. The blue key for the balcony door in the living room.
• The SHARP brand TV in the MASTER bedroom is opened with the gray remote control of the TV (SHARP) and the change of channels is done with the black remote control of the decoder (COSMOTE TV). The decoder is in HDMI 1 slot
• The drawer under the oven contains the fire extinguisher, first aid kit, flashlight, electronic thermometer, batteries, rain umbrella and citronella scented coils
• There is an electric water heater, which operates through the switch located on the electrical panel in the kitchen/living room and is marked “HOT WATER”. Turn on for a maximum of 30 minutes and turn off before using the hot water.
• The air conditioning of the house is done using air conditioners a. in the area of the small bedroom and b. in the MASTER bedroom area. The living room area is air-conditioned with the air conditioner of the MASTER bedroom, which is in line with the door, and in conjunction with the fan.

About Villa Feax

Villa Feax is located on the island of Erikousa, 8 nautical miles northwest of Corfu surrounded by crystal clear blue waters, endless virgin golden and steep rocky beaches. You can only get to the island of Erikousa by boat. The ship Evdokia departs from the port of Corfu every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday at 8:30 in the morning. The return to Corfu is on the same days at 14:00 and the route lasts 2 hours and 15 minutes.

Villa Feax is a luxurious recently renovated accommodation with an ocean view, private infinity pool surrounded by the green environment of the virgin island of Erikousa.

The kitchen together with the living room and dining room are located on the highest level of the building. Air conditioning, 43' smart TV and two comfortable sofas that turn into a bed for the 5th and 6th guest are provided. Our dining room seats 6 guests and is adjacent to the balcony overlooking the sea, making it the perfect spot to start your day. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the amenities/equipment to prepare from a simple breakfast to a regular meal, going outside you will find our large veranda with pergolas and dining tables ideal for all hours of the day.

On the ground floor of the villa there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, garden view and is air conditioned. The second room is air-conditioned and accommodates two more guests in two single beds. The bathrooms of the villa have shower cabins and one of them is provided with a washing machine. In all bedrooms, white bed linen and towels are provided per guest.

The exterior space of the villa is perhaps the point you will love the most. The infinity pool is newly built and its dimensions are 7m X 3.5m with a depth of 1.5m. Around her place you will find sunbeds and umbrellas for every visitor.

The house is recently renovated with air conditioning and with 2 full bathrooms, showers and a WC. There is a large TV in the living room. The kitchen covers all the needs for food preparation and comfort. In the living room you will find a three-seater sofa and a dining table.

Free secured parking space for 2 cars. The street is not central and is very quiet and safe.

About Villa Alex

Villa Alex consists of 2 floors. Large swimming pool build year 2020. Also there is a separate room for people with mobility problems. Special WC and easy access to the pool. The first floor holds the dining room, living room and kitchen, a small WC and the 1st floor holds the master bedroom, room with two single beds (you can join them to create a large double bed) and one room with a double bed. The 1st floor holds two bathrooms. Sun-beds, a large outside dining table and a large BBQ.

The space
My villa has 2 floors. A large swimming pool that was build on 2020. Also there is a seperate small house for people with mobility problems or disabled. A WC designed for disabled and easy access to the pool. The whole house is completely renovated this year (2018).

On the first floor (ground floor) you enter from the main door to the living room and the dining room. The living room is spacious with large doors that illuminate the room. I'm sure you will spend the longest part of your day in this place. Here you will find a large sofa which can host comfortably up to 8 people. The furniture are all new (2018).

The TV and the internet will make you enjoy your every moment. Also on the dining table and in the office on the first floor you will be able to continue your work, line being in your own house.

The dining room is for 6 people, with beautiful dishes and crockery that you will find in the kitchen. Passing from the living room you are in the kitchen. In the small hallway between the living room and the kitchen there is a small bathroom. The first out of 3 total bathrooms of the house. The other 2 are on the first floor.

The kitchen of the house is fully equipped and you can use it every day to cook, conserve your food and wine, or eat at the kitchen table. You will find all the utensils and items you will need for your cooking.

Go to the first floor via the stairs and find yourself in the bedrooms. On your right hand there is a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds. You can join them to create a large double bed. The beds are made in such a way that it permits a comfortable joining of the 2 beds. Each bedroom has space for your clothes (wardrobe). In the middle of the 1st floor there is a large bathroom with a bathtub and just opposite is a smaller bathroom with a shower. This bathroom is new (2018).

To the left of the floor, as you ascend the stairs, there is a master bedroom with a king size bed, a large desk and a large wardrobe. All rooms have large windows to ventilate and come in plenty of light. Next to the large room is a smaller one with a large single bed.

The view from all over the house is our cozy garden that is specially tailored for you.

On the outside area you will find, in addition to our unique garden, a patio with a large dining area for 8 guests where you can dine, as well as a unique outdoor lounge area to sip your wine overlooking the unique Corfu nature.
At my villa, you will find all the comforts and all the electrical appliances you have in your own home.

Washing machine, fridge hairdryer, iron and ironing board, all kitchen and coffee facilities for breakfast and breakfast, electric stove and many more. All rooms are also air-conditioned with new appliances.

Guest access
You can use all the spaces of the house, both inside and outside. All furniture and appliances have been purchased specially for you to make your stay more enjoyable! All outside areas including the pool are accessible for disabled persons. Also the room for people with mobility problems is a large spacious room with specialy designed bathroom.

Other things to note
In general your stay in my villa will be pleased. Anything you need will be found in my house. Also, if you need something at any time, the nearby villages have shops open for most hours and until late at night in the summer months.
